At Zyntra, customer satisfaction is our priority.

If you do not receive your order within 10–15 business days of placing it, you are eligible for a full refund or a reshipment of the product.

✅ Refund/Return conditions:

If the product is not delivered within 15 days.

If you receive a wrong or defective item.

If the item is unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.


🚚 Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you and process your refund within 5–7 business days.
